On April 6, 2021, Stoutland R-II will be electing two school board members for three year terms. There are several documents linked below, the first is the full legal notice with filing information. The second document is Stoutland R-II Policy G-235-P, Form A, the declaration of candidacy form. The third is Form 5120, an affidavit of tax payment and bonding requirements. This form must be filled out and signed by a notary public. Stoutland R-II DOES NOT have a notary on staff. The fourth form is a personal financial disclosure form. The final document is School Board Policy G-235-P and G-250-P on elections of the board of directors.
